I simply could not stay away, my darlings! Not only am I hurling this journal entry at you, but two new deviations!  PAINTINGS, no less! I decided to move away from photographs, pencils, charcoal, and chalk. Watercolors seem to be the most therapeutic for me. I was inspired to create something after receiving a letter from a dear friend. I certainly have enough time on my hands this month to bang out some of the ideas I've had written down for ages. A lot has happened since I last wrote in my DA journal. I've taken to writing in a private journal, as a kind of therapy. It's working really well. I'm coming to terms with a few events, one of those events being the death of my father. He passed away December 7th. I'm finally starting to feel like myself again, after so much depression and grief. Thanks to a good psychiatrist and some dedicated journaling, I'm moving on and even thinking about taking one of the old photos of me and my dad and painting it on canvas. I'm continuing to save up for Europe, and hoping that bills and other expenses don't force me to dip into my savings account (
